I like to have 4 of them with me when I leave home. 5 grams of protein, 0 grams of sugar, 35 calories in each mini stick. Certified Gluten free, Certified Paleo, USDA Inspected, made with antibiotic-free turkey. A great travel snack! (If traveling internationally, be sure to keep the box with the “USDA inspected” seal.
