I bought this official Roborock cleaning solution for use with our Roborock vacuum and mop system, and it has worked extremely well. The floors come out looking noticeably cleaner, and it leaves behind a fresh, clean smell without being overpowering. One thing I really liked is that the solution is designed specifically for Roborock machines, so there’s peace of mind knowing it’s safe to use with the internal water system and mopping components. The dilution ratio also means the bottle lasts quite a long time since only a small amount is needed per tank. It worked very nicely on hard floors and tiles, helping remove light dirt and footprints while leaving the floors with a clean finish rather than a sticky residue. Mixing the solution was straightforward and the vacuum handled it without any issues. Overall, this is an excellent companion product for Roborock vacuum owners and definitely worth using if you want the mopping function to perform at its best.

This floor cleaning solution works seamlessly with my Roborock mop. It smells really good! Not too strong, but a gentle, very pleasant scent that is subtly floral and fresh. It effectively cleans our floors, and I’ve noticed that it reduces the time needed to see them looking truly spotless. The bottle lasts me quite a while—about two months—though I don’t use my Roborock every day. It's very easy to use: first, pour cold tap water into the tank, then add a splash (about one or two ounces) of this cleaning liquid. The cleaning solution prevents the mop from developing a stale or funky odor over time. It does not stick to the tank because the liquid is very light, non-oily, and quick-drying. It gives floors a nice, clear shine and has a delightful scent, making the cleaning process a pleasant experience. The only downside: the price. I wish it were less expensive. Other than that, everything about it is great.
