I love everything about this watch! When I first got it, every morning when I woke up I had to edit my sleep time as it always records me being awake 30 minutes to an hour before I was. After wearing it for a bit though, it seems to have gotten a lot better. Maybe it just needs some time to get to know your patterns. Now, I just couldn't be happier! I love the customization, with this watch, especially how I'm able to choose which stats show during workouts. Battery is actually good (at least for someone like me - use the tap to wake feature and don't use GPS). I charge it to 80% nightly and it's usually still at 35-40% 24 hours later. It's also extremely sleek looking and the perfect size. I'm a woman so a big reason I chose this watch is because it's smaller than a lot of the newer ones. I hope pixel continues making similar watches so I can stick with them in the future. Highly recommend!

Watch is awesome and worked great apart from dead pixels in the bottom of the screen. Once you noticed you couldn't unsee it. Ordered as a gift, unfortunately when it was finally given the return window with Amazon had long expired. Fortunately was able to contact Google and they processed it under warranty and sent a replacement (very quickly) for the defective watch which will be sent back to them. Thanks Google for your awesome customer service!

If you're looking for a watch that operates autonomously from a phone for you child, this isn't the right watch unless you're willing to give your kid a phone number on a phone. For parents looking for a watch for their older child: I'm looking for a watch that can call without using a phone, and with which my daughter can send texts that she writes (i.e. aren't pre-written). I ordered this thinking it would be great! Here's the issue - it requires a phone to set up. So I used mine. And that gave her ALL my contacts, my work email notifications, and every text I sent. I thought I'd outsmart it - I set up an old Android that we had laying around. BUT! Alas, my 11yo couldn't have her gmail associated with it because she's not 13, the age at which a kid's gmail account becomes an adult account. So I changed her age. Google did not provide the "upgrade to adult" option that Google forums say should have happened. So I created an adult account for her. Then spent 2 hours with AT&T trying to get the eSIM to work. Nope. It needs an active phone w/a number, not just an old phone laying around with no SIM card. There are two workarounds according to AT&T: 1) give your kid the phone they wanted anyhow (hard "no" for me) and put the phone number on that, then bluetooth the watch to the phone, or 2) get an Apple watch SE, which can be set up to be a kid's watch and operate autonomously without putting all your emails and contacts and texts on their watch. For people wanting to use the watch themselves: worked great. Easy to set up. Bluetooth to the phone worked fine. Call quality was good. Texting was easy. Just needs that phone.

I wear this daily. It's a great little watch, keeping time and my health in check. My only issue with it, is it's not smart enough to realize that a long sleeve shirt isnt your face, so it can sometimes just leave the screen on, causing the battery to drain fast.
