The frame is a nice aluminium and the corner pieces are removable for easy attachment of the frame to a wall, after which they are reinserted to hide the screws. The cork isn't the thickest or the densest I've used but then again the price probably reflects this. The included 5 pins are, of course, insufficient so you can see quite a few extra I purchases from Amazon at the same time. Papers are held sufficiently securely so I can't complain.
