Bought this, then exchanged it at NB right away. It's cheaper than buying their CO2 tank for homebrew keg purposes.

Bought item to exchange for a filled cylinder as I did not want to trade in the new cylinder that came with my kegerator. Exchanged it without any issues or problems. Was cheaper than buying a filled cylinder without trade in, even after adding cost of CO2 gas. Would consider buying another if the need arises.

The tank looked like new most fill places just exchange the bottles so it doesn't matter

It's a re certified tank that works.
My local homebrew shop didn't have any troubles refilling the tank and it's been working fine. Can't beat the price really.
