This is definitely an fsa eligible item, but it isn’t marked that way and thus amazon won’t let me use my fsa card to purchase it. why not?

I agree. I went through customer service though and they wouldn’t do anything. Don’t waste your time. I suppose we just have to wait until one day it’s magically eligible because they won’t update it when asked
