Has held up well so far. Skips best if your elbow is at the water surface, throws kind of like a frisbee. I’m getting at least 3 skips in the pool before running out of space. Orange color is easy to see in the water.

This is hands down one of the best toys to take to the beach. The way it skips across the water almost defies physics. You give it a throw and it zips off like a flat stone, except it keeps bouncing way further than you’d expect. The material feels spongy but tough, so it doesn’t crack or sink. I’ve thrown it against rocks by accident and it’s survived without a scratch. It’s small enough to keep in your pocket but provides hours of entertainment. Everyone who sees it wants a turn. Kids, adults, even the dog went wild for it. It’s such a simple idea but it instantly makes a trip to the beach or lake more fun.

It's just a ball, so why do I think this is worth every penny? It's the perfect size and weight for throwing and catching. I used it almost every day in a Spanish villa vacation taking advantage of the balls ability to float and bounce on water. Everyone in the villa was obsessed with launching, bouncing, skimming this ball to each other. Heavy usage for 2 weeks and there was no obvious damage to the ball. The colour did fade slightly as it was left out in the sun for the duration. Buying 2 pints of beer is more expensive than this ball and they only last an hour (apparently), but this was an addition for my whole family for 2 weeks.
