Terrible customer service
The unit arrived broken. When I installed it following the instructions (24V battery, correct polarity, power consumption under 2500W), the unit suffered an internal explosion and stopped working completely the moment it was connected. There was no external short circuit or overload on my part. I wrote to Cantonape and they have not responded.
