Delivered on time but it’s European plug.
Item is European plug and it’s not mentioned in description also no warranty card. Does it have warranty? Or do I return it? What’s better?

Prezzo un po sopra la media ma di facile utilizzo .. ideale per i neofiti del caffè in casa arriva corredata di tutto il necessario: Tamper in acciaio Lattiera 2 cestini , dose singola circa 8 grammi di caffè e dose doppia circa 16 grammi di caffè pressurizzati per caffè macinato per moca Cestino per cialde ese Cucchiaio dosatore Già così in grado di fare un buon caffè ma con qualche accorgimento e un buon macina caffè in grado di dare belle soddisfazioni… molto consigliata

Short useful life and terrible customer services
It failed to work properly after we used it for only 2.5 months. We sent the machine to De'Longhi for repairing which didn't inform us on the potential costs. It took them more than a month to fix it and now we received a 80 euros bill for repairs, which is outrageous.

Ich bin mit der De’Longhi Dedica Duo mit Touch wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Bedienung ist einfach, der Kaffee schmeckt gut und die Maschine sieht auch noch schick aus. Sie ist schnell einsatzbereit und passt perfekt in meine Küche. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!
