Ancable 300 Ohm FM Antenna T Shape Dipole Radio Ant with Spade Terminal

This is a great antenna if you have a receiver or device which has screw terminals for connecting a 300 ohm antenna. The spade lugs ensure a secure connection, and the main antenna section has a long vertical length enabling it to be installed around 5 feet or more up the wall. The horizontal portions have proper spans, along with some white tabs with a hole to enable a push pin to be used to attach the ends to the wall. It was hard to tell from the description how large this antenna is, so hopefully this helps. This antenna is almost identical to what used to be included in the box with 1970's and 1980's stereo receivers. I was struggling to get good reception on a classical station about 40 miles away with a lesser antenna, but once I hooked it up, I suddenly had great signal strength and clarity. I liked the antenna so much I promptly bought a second one for another vintage receiver I own. The price is great, and both antennas were delivered within a day of being ordered.

Worked great on a vintage Marantz

Pleasantly decent dipole antenna. No, it won’t do what a large roof mounted Yagi on a rotor can do, but within its wheelhouse, this is a nice antenna. Seems solid and in my application definitely pulls in more channels that did a Terk FM+ antenna or a rather chintzy dipole antenna.

Very well made, great price... I have thrown away so many of these over the years but installing a vintage stereo system so needed the OG set up.

I have purchased several of these. They do work but you should be aware that there are very few strands of copper in the wire and so they are very weak. The fork terminals are also substandard. It is just cheaply made.

FM reception is now great. Products is sturdy and as described.

I extended the antenna above my Receiver and fixed to the picture rail and switched on. Although the strength of the signal received seemed much the same on the gauge all traces of hiss on the higher frequencies had gone! Which is excellent indeed so the strength has improved! The product works so I recommend this product!
