I took this for six months but it did'nt lower my cholesterol but it did'nt go up either although it went up slightly a month after stopping so overall not worth it for me.

I am taking these instead of statins for my chlosterol. { don't like how big they are and the ingredientstaste vile and make me feel sick.

Beware… While I like the way they clearly advertise that their ingredients are clean and healthy and their offered advice given on how to avoid fakes and scammers. They are still being deceptive in the advert.I will still probably buy these ... BUT ... All medical evidence points to between 2 and 3mg daily needs to be taken, in order to be effective ... So despite the manufacturer trying to put forward good advice, by advertising their 120 capsules as being a ‘2 month supply’ they are also deceiving the customer.To achieve the benefit, based upon recommended intake, 120 capsules will only provide between 4 and 6 weeks supply.

Having studied this subject, because i need to lower my cholesterol, i understand that 3g a day is the recommended daily amount to have any real affect on lowering your cholesterol.On the packet it says to take two of these a day but if you did that then you wouldn't get any benefit at all from them because each tablet only contains 377mg so that would only amount to a 754mg daily amount. So with that in mind four tablets would be 1.5g, which you wouldn't really benefit from and 8 would give you the 3g you really need for a day. These type of things need to be taken with a meal so they can be effectively carried to your gut and I'm not sure i want to take 8 tablets with my dinner every single day.... that's 56 a week!There are 120 tablets in the packet so these would only last you 15 days.... barely over 2 weeks... so certainly not the 2 months supply this company professes they are supposed to last you. They maybe clean but they are certainly not strong as they advertise.At the moment they are 16 quid for 120 tablets so if you are happy paying 8 quid per week then go for it.Peace

I find these easier to swallow than the previous tablets I was using. I had to break the other ones in half to swallow them, but these go down easily. I read another post re them not being as effective, so, as the amount of the active ingredients is the same as others I've taken, but the dosage smaller, I increased my dosage from two per day to three per day so as to get the same dosage as I've been taking. I don't know yet how effective that is as I haven't had another cholesterol test, but hopefully my bad cholesterol will still be at a safe level. I can update when I've had it tested again.
