A little big.
But I like it that way. I am woman with long hair. I can put my hair up in a ponytail, pigtails, or a hair clip and it still fits. I goes over the tips of my ears, which is fine for me. After a while my ears do get a little sore from the elastic, but I always take it off during my breaks. Easy to clean, just throw in the washer with my uniform pants, they are all black also. Really like this one. Will definitely buy again!

Too small
The hats werw too tall/long looks like half a toque. and for beign large theybare to tight they make my heard hurt. i canr wear these. Material though is pretty good.
