Very nice and comfortable

I got this construction safety helmet not for construction purposes, but for working around home projects, yard work and tree trimming, when you need just that little extra protection. Since I’ll be in the sun most of the time, I need it to vent well, and it does. The helmet’s Y-type chinstrap keeps it firmly on my head and the in hat above head 6-points suspension gives me peace of mind as I know it will not impact my head directly if something heavy or hard is to fall on it. I love its light weight and style; I may use it as part of the Halloween costume from time to time. With its ANSI Z89.1-2014, Type 1 Class C Standards protection and price, it’s a good purchase.

I was skeptical of a clear hard hat but took a chance on ordering this and it was indeed marked as a Type I Class C ANSI approved safety hat! It came with a printed certificate and the certification is stamped under the front brim also. It is certainly a conversation piece upon first glance as you aren't really sure if it's a real hard hat or not. Lots of companies are moving toward restrained head protection and my company is no different so all my workers need to get used to using a chinstrap and not just the usual rear ratchet.The hard hat is very comfortable and the front sweatband is padded and texturized which has added to the comfort and fit. I have a big head but the suspension doesn't sit too high up like some hard hats do which ends up making me look even weirder, so it's a big plus for me. I have had lots of questions from coworkers about whether it's real or not and it's definitely the most unique hard hat in the office.The texture on the item appears to be reflective in light so no other stickers are needed and I have yet to wear it at night, but I might add some anyway. There are plenty of gently curved areas for sticker application if your company policies allow or require them. The chinstrap is good although I suspect many casual users would just wear it under their chin instead of secured on it.Overall, this hard hat feels beefy, the suspension is rugged, and I am confident in it's abilities to protect my head. This item gets a highly recommended rating from me. It might even be a good value helmet for other non-construction activities like mountaineering, caving, or disaster recovery/cleanup. The are no attachment points for accessories like headlamps or ear protection so you have to trial and error what will fit based on your preferences but I don't see why a normal strap headlamp wouldn't work. I can easily wear safety glasses and sunglasses with this on my head.

Very nice looking, clean transparent plastic and I love this blue. If you use these or now someone who does this would be a great gift, especially if the company's logo or colors match. It feels quality, fits well and adjust easily. It's actually looks so good it can be used as cosplay but will be a 100% fully functional.5stars

My husband needed a new hard hat for work. This one met his needs. The fit on this hard hat can be adjusted to make it fit better. The chin strap is the bare minimum required, but also adjustable. With all the adjustability is stays in place and does not wobble on his head. The hard hat is of a good quality and should last him many years (or until he loses it). The blue is a bright color that is still highly visible, but not as bright as the safety yellow. The helmet has some vents to help to keep your head cooler while wearing it. Overall, this is a decent quality helmet at an affordable price.

This is a great helmet, the translucent color is really nice looking and it fits my head snugly and feels very safe.

The best thing about this ANSI approved hard hat is the comfortable chin strap. The adjustable soft strap fits so well. The head strap is very comfortable as well but it is as expected. Overall, the hard hat fit my head really well.The clear blue hat definitely draws attention so it is great at work site. However, on really hot day outside, my head was hot. The sun light went through the clear plastic and hit my hair.
