Product Flaws - Don't Honor Warranty
While I don't own this exact TV, I ordered a 55" Sealoc Coastal Samsung Q70 QLED Series TV for $5700 (along with a sound bar and salt water treatment) in April 2020. In November 2020, I noticed a large vertical streak on the TV (see image attached) when cleaning the screen. I followed Sealoc's cleaning instructions and used a microfiber cloth and water, but the streak did not come off. When I contacted Sealoc for support on this issue, they asked me if I used a pest control service in my backyard. When I replied yes, they let me know that this was definitely the cause, and the pest control service did this. This is despite me communicating that I keep the TV COVERED when it's not in use, the TV is mounted at least 5 feet off the ground, and the pest control service does not spray anywhere near the TV. They insisted this had to be the case - their TV could not possibly have a flaw - and since they determined this to be the case, my product was out of warranty.I was not happy with this outcome, nor did I agree with it. Given that the streaks were mainly visible during the day in direct sunlight, I chose not to press the issue any further. I mainly use the TV in the evening or at night. In August 2021, I was again cleaning the TV with a microfiber cloth and water, and when doing so, a film seemed to be coming off of the screen itself (see image attached). I again contacted Sealoc and submitted a warranty claim (their warranty lasts 2 years per the warranty PDF for my product on their website). Despite me explaining exactly what happened, and the fact that I keep the TV covered when not in use, their operations manager told me that a squirrel did this. Since he determined that a squirrel did this, and it is physical damage, my product is out of warranty.I want to pause here to examine how ridiculous this is. I followed Sealoc's care instructions, an issue arose, and despite all of my communications and information, they have determined over the phone on the basis of a couple of pictures that a squirrel caused this damage. Apparently Sealoc has a vast amount of expertise in squirrel populations and behavior in my area (there aren't many due to the coyote population in Southern CA - the irony runs deep on this one), and the exact scratch marks they make. They can also diagnose squirrel damage from a couple of pictures even if you don't bring up squirrels or actually have any in your area. When I pushed back on this ridiculous theory, the operations manager then began phishing for other ways that my care of the TV could possibly have caused the issue and created a situation where they could label this "physical damage" and not execute a warranty claim. He asked about my cover (marine grade vinyl custom made to fit the TV), he asked about the inside of my cover (felt), he asked about the type of cloth I used (microfiber), and he asked about the solution I used (water). This is the exact reason why a warranty is important to customers - when an unexpected issue comes up, the manufacturer has clear criteria for what's covered and not covered. When purchasing this TV, their warranty provided a level of comfort that if something went wrong, they would do the right thing. Sealoc did not do the right thing.Sealoc offered me a new TV at cost of $1300+. I believe that based on the situation and what their warranty covers, I should have to pay $0 because the warranty should cover it fully.Sealoc's operations manager has also communicated that they will not replace my TV because "we are not in the business of losing money" - this is verbatim what he said during a phone conversation. It's clear that Sealoc has no intentions of actually exercising their warranty with customers who have an issue. They are very quick to find ways to label any issue as "physical damage" based on experience.I would NEVER - EVER - purchase a product from Sealoc. They charge a premium for a product that they don't stand behind. They also will not help you if an issue comes up.Sealoc has disappointed me and let me down. Avoid this company.

Never buy a sealoc
I did not buy this exact tv, but have a 65’ sealoc. I am in a dispute with them currently. Ive had one of their TVs for 3 weeks. It has strange lines on the bottom of the screen, and i called on it. They said its due to condensation damage, and isn’t covered under their warranty. One would think an outdoor tv that has a coating for things like condensation, it would be able to withstand moisture. I would never buy another tv from these clowns, and will do everything i can to help people make better decisions.

Beware! Warranty is very restrictive and Not Worth The Price
We bought this TV direct from Sealoc. It worked for about 15 hours total. The warranty is so restrictive and the cost to ship the TV back to the company, we took it to a local well-respected repair company. He did not believe that the TV had been modified with weatherproofing. The screen has issues and it is NOT repairable. It is a $2,000 anchor!

This TV is awesome! Having this outdoors on our patio is great ...
This TV is awesome! Having this outdoors on our patio is great during the day and night time and the screen is very vibrant. Some further research on this TV brought up the point that they actually dip their circuitboard in a nano coating technology which will make the TV much more durable in harsh conditions. For this I see the price point is definitely worth it and I am happy with this TV.

The picture quality is excellent!
The picture quality is excellent and just about all we need for outdoor use. This Sealoc TV is well worth the investment and the price point is actually lower than some direct competitors. Perfect television for the back yard patio during the day or night.
