I am quite surprised at the quality of this unit, though it is a tad small for me as i am fairly big in stature. It still works great. This is absolutely worth purchasing, and after you get passed the healing can either use this as a massage chair or sell it. Comes with a travel bag. Well worth the price.

How do I say this? For a $79 chair it exceeds my expectations, but it is still a $79 chair. Anything that I would improve would make it cost more. It is reasonably comfortable and reasonably sturdy. This chair is not made to hold larger adults. Plus sized clients or even people who weigh more because they are tall or muscular would not be able to use this chair. I can see the fabric tearing more easily than I would prefer, but as long as I make sure clients don't have metal embellishments on the parts of their clothes that put pressure on the chair it will be fine. It could not have been more easy to put together. All parts were in the box. It folds easily and I was impressed with the design of the carrying bag. It will be easy to transport and it is not too heavy. It will easily fit in either the trunk or front seat of my car. For a first chair, or a chair that needs to be portable it is perfect. If you are buying this chair strictly for the price point, buy with confidence. I will say that there is another chair by the same manufacturer and seller that looks identical but has a lower weight rating. I don't know what would be changed between the 2 chairs for the weight rating difference, but in my opinion, of the two, get this chair. I would not go any lower in quality. The other chair does cost less. I am not sure it would be worth it. You would only to be able to use it for very small adults.

I bought this chair because my boss told me about an event only a few days in advance and he didn’t have a massage chair readily available. This was the least expensive and it was Prime shipping. Things I didn’t like: 1.quality of face cradle. The cushion is comfy, but its wooden base does not seem very sturdy and the lock doesn’t seem that sturdy. 2. The chest adjustment doesn’t move up or down unless you’re sitting on the chair. 3 it is difficult to get the chair back in the bag once it’s out(though I find that with any massage chair no matter the quality.) Things I did like: 1. The price and that it got here on time for the event. 2. All clients were comfortable on the chair. 3. All of the cushions are very comfortable. Over all- I was happy to get a reasonably priced chair in short notice time, but next time I buy a massage chair it will be from a better quality company. Also- there was a random screw that fell either off the chair or just randomly out of the bag when I first unpacked everything.

I have been a practicing certified / licensed massage therepist for almost thirty five years. With a portion of that time teaching at the College level and I can tell you one of my favorite classes to teach was Chair Massage . My Chair that I bought when I was in Massage School ( Sarasota School Massage Thereapy ) was almost a thousand dollars and I just this past summer had to thow it out because it got water damage from storage . So when my friend called me and asked if I could do Chair Massage for their employees I went looking on line for a Chair . WIth this price point I was not looking for a quality chair I just didn't want to spend alot so I pulled the trigger on this one . Boy was I surprised at the quality of this chair it is sturdy and adjustable in seat, arm and head . This Chair even has a transport storage bag which i always wished my other bag had but wasn't going to buy extra . Very happy with this Massage Chair and would not hesitate on buying it . This is my first review I have ever giving because I was so relieved and impressed with this quality Chair . Very happy customer ..

The seat was switched with the armrest. The angles are not the same when switched, so it is not safe. If you look in other peoples' pictures, you can see the seat is the one with the two distinct sides (for the butt cheeks) while the armrest cushion is flat. We figured that out after we got ours and were nearly killed several times while trying to set it up and try it out. The leg rest also failed and my hand was smashed in a different part. At one point the whole thing tipped over and fell hard on the floor where my dog had just been laying but had thankfully fled. The screws are not flush with the metal bars as advertised. This is means it hurts and can break your skin if you brush against it. It is also missing 1 of the 2 safety tension cables. This means if the 1 cable fails, the whole thing is coming down. There's no "back up" cable. Also, the jagged tooth stopper things - where the bar adjusts and rests in position - they are more cheaply made than pictured. They are a welded, folded strip of metal, not solid, as was pictured. Oh, and the whole thing is STEEL, not aluminum, so it's heavy. It's not the same chair that is pictured and advertised. Bottom line, it's assembled incorrectly at the factory and you don't have a chance. The seller thankfully accepted our photos of proof. I hope they stop selling this product immediately and replace it with a safe product from a reputable vendor.
