Superb ingredients. Really helping me with bloating and reflux.
My partner and I changed our diet completely in March, no more processed food and no fried food. That has made a huge change to how we feel and our energy levels, but a boost is always helpful as I often still feel fatigued and suffer from bloating and acid reflux. The ingredients in these capsules are well researched and have been combined for optimum benefit.Spirulina is a favourite of mine, I have it in powder form for daily use as it helps with blood pressure and is a brilliant antioxidant, it also lowers cholesterol and reduces risks of stroke, and it is a good energy booster it is also a good source of fibre. Wheatgrass is so underrated; it is a true superfood containing iron, calcium, enzymes, magnesium, phytonutrients,17 amino acids, vitamins A, C, E, K, and B complex, chlorophyll and proteins. It is also great for blood pressure and is a metabolism booster and reduces fatigue.Barley grass is another superfood that lowers high blood pressure, it also helps digestion; insoluble fibre feeds the “good bacteria” living in your gut and helps you digest food efficiently and keeping your intestines healthy. Secondly, soluble dietary fibre helps your stomach absorb sugar more slowly, keeping your blood sugar and cholesterol levels lower. It is also a great source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Magnesium, Calcium, Phosphorus and Antioxidants.Chlorella is 50–60% protein. It is a complete protein source, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids. It also contains; Vitamin B12, Iron and vitamin C, antioxidants, Omega-3 and fibre.Broccoli is great for the heart, it is good for eye health, it is a good source of fibre.Kale, an amazing superfood. Kale is the worlds most nutrient rich food. It is high in lutein and zeaxanthin; both have been linked to a drastically reduced risk of macular degeneration and cataracts. It contains magnesium, calcium, and potassium. It is loaded with compounds that are believed to have protective effects against cancer, one of these is sulforaphane, a substance that has been shown to help fight the formation of cancer at the molecular level and it also contains a indole-3-carbinol. It is high in vitamins including K1 and C. It is also high in antioxidants.I have only summarised the benefits of the contained ingredients, there are many more. The capsules are medium sized and easy to swallow, there is no aftertaste. I normally use powders, but capsules are more convenient. Only a week into taking them and I have less reflux and bloating, my bowel health is better, and I feel better in myself. I am happy to continue taking these. I take 5 a day so they will last 20 days. A little more expensive than my regular powder but the ingredients are better and they work very well.

Easy way to suppliment your greens - but expensive when compared to powder formulations
Cannot fault this green powerhouse formulation in terms of packaging (near all recyclable apart from plastic screw top ), presentation, ease of use (i.e. capsule format), ingredients (all powerful anti-oxidants) and ease of swallowing. Neutral to zero taste and thus far, no side effects in terms of bloating or wind! That said, whilst the physical benefits of a diet high in these powerful antioxidant greens are well known and no doubt the capsule format makes it easy to supplement or boost your intake, I do ponder a little over value for money here. A little to my surprise, the recommended dosage is between 4-6 capsules per day! A lot of swallowing aside, this means that if you opt for the max X6 per day, one bottle will last less than three weeks, whereas many super green powder mixes (with near identical ingredients) are available for far less outlay and they'll last a lot longer. At the current price point (£16.99) I'd have expected a max dose of 2-3 per day and & at least a 30-day supply and for these reasons, 3 stars is as high as I can go.

Great supplement for reducing fatigue
Powdered green blends taste like grass and there are people like me who don’t want to drink it like myself, so these organic green capsules are perfect for me.This organic capsule contains nature’s finest greens such as Kale, Spirulina, Wheat Grass, Barley Grass, Chlorella and Broccoli. Kale contains fibre, antioxidants, calcium, vitamins C and K, iron, and a wide range of other nutrients that can help prevent various health problems. Spirulina is rich in a range of vitamins and minerals essential for maintaining a healthy immune system, like vitamins E, C, and B6. Wheatgrass however is an excellent source of many different vitamins and minerals such as vitamins A, C and E, as well as iron, magnesium, calcium and amino acids. As for barley grass, it can help fight off free radicals that can damage your body. While chlorella, acts as an antioxidant and help to decrease cholesterol, but more research is still needed. Lastly, broccoli is great for heart health as it contains fibres, fatty acids and vitamins that help to regulate blood pressure in the body.It comes with fully recyclable amber glass and apple green cardboard packaging which is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. It is vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free. This bottle constains 100 capsules and it is recommended to take 4 to 6 capsules per day so this will last you for 16 to 25 days.I used to drink green blends in a liquid form and I honestly don’t like its grassy taste. I much prefer these capsule supplements as it is very easy to take and will not take up my time preparing it. Greens are great since they can detox and flush out the toxins in my body. I have really noticed it has reduced my tiredness and fatigue from working long hours behind my desk at work which I am extremely pleased about.Overall, it is pricey for such a short supply but is reasonable for its quality and beneficial ingredients. Would highly recommend if you can afford this.
