The media could not be loaded. Why didn’t I purchase this sooner? I really like this loft bed. It was packaged carefully and no pieces were misshapen or broken. The assembly instructions, except for one step, were easy to follow. My sister and I had this up in six hours. We didn’t rush and we paused to have lunch. We were somewhat slowed down due to there being just 1 small and 1 large allen wrench. I suggest the seller add at least 2 allen wrenches for both sizes to make group assembly faster. The loft is sturdy and doesn’t wobble. I appreciate the staircase that doubles as storage spaces. I prefer this to having to climb down and up a ladder in the middle of the night and the extra storage space in an essential for NYC renters. The “upstairs” shelving is a thoughtful convenience. I can have my water bottle, my books, and “Kleenex” handy. These standout features made this purchase a “no-brainer.” This loft bed has truly enhanced my living space. I highly recommend it.

Great purchase to save some space! I live in a small one bed/one bath home and have a decent bit of space dedicated to my computer/home office. I really wanted to reclaim that space, so I decided to look into lofted beds. This one caught my eye because it has stairs instead of a ladder, and no desk included (which is great for me, I've already got a desk I like).The upsides:-looks pretty much exactly like the picture-nice black metal, feels sturdy-works great with magnets! I used some magnetic hooks to hang curtains on mine-lots of storage space under the stairs-ideal height for a useful sitting space underneath the bed-though heavy, it's not too hard to maneuver once it's builtThe downsides:-definitely takes two people to put together. My dad is a mechanic and we've put together some complicated items, but this still took us about 5-6 hours. You'll want a friend, a Bluetooth speaker, and a power drill before buying this! Plus a big space to assemble the items. This isn't necessarily a downside, but definitely worth noting.-stairs are steep and quite narrow. I'm a small woman but have broad shoulders and hips, and the stairs are not very comfortable to use (although they do work and feel pretty sturdy). This is actually what prompted me to write this review. The size is listed in the pictures as 15.6", which is maybe 4" shy of being more comfortable for an adult to use this.

Great so far took about 3 hours to put together.the steps are fantastic!

Gave 4 starts bcz putting them up is a pain, hated it but it came out so cool and I love it and so does my son so it worked out. My 5 year old son was so excited to finally have his own room and bed. Very sturdy I been going up just fine my kids been playing up there with no problems.

Great need for you son. Amazing sturdiness with lots of supports. Only wish steps were wider for the adults to move up and down specially when changing linens

My kid loves the new bed. It took two of us to build the loft part and stand it up, but I finished the rest by myself. It took 4 hours. Very sturdy.The only part that irritated me is this warning sticker (see pic) right at the foot of the bed. It’s ugly and could have been put somewhere less obvious. We couldn’t get it off at all.

Nice looking however it came bent in places where it shouldn’t be as well as the instructions are just pictures where certain areas would have been helpful with an explanation made it so I would have to take it all apart to fix

One piece was mislabeled which caused a series of steps to be incorrect. Not easy to assemble but great now that it’s put together.
