I bought this mainly because I wanted a very simple ingredient list when introducing peanut to my 8-month-old baby. I usually buy another peanut powder that has additional ingredients and is lower in calories, but this one feels much cleaner and more straightforward. It mixes very easily with water into a paste. The flavor is very natural and quite raw, so don’t expect anything sweet or dessert-like. Personally, I like that. It’s less indulgent than regular peanut butter, but also lighter and much simpler in terms of ingredients. In a world where so many products are heavily processed, I appreciate how basic this one is.

Having tried this I'm more inclined to use regular peanut butter in most cases, but it has it's uses. Mostly I use it to add some peanutiness to shakes. And a little extra protein, good nutty flavor. Pairs well with chocolate and vanilla protein powders. I've also used it mixed with yogurt and oatmeal. even just sprinkled it on apple slices. I am going to try peanut butter protein cookies too. And it's really inexpensive, will last a long time, so kinda why not have it on the shelf?
