**Q: How does annatto change the flavor of the coriander?  Wondering if this could this be used in a recipe that calls for only coriander.**
A: Annatto has a distinctive taste, that's different from coriander. Think red bell pepper, sweet and flowery, instead of the grassy flavour of coriander.

**Q: Does this taste anything like the original 'sazon goya con culantro (not cilantro) y achiote' or a goya variation thereof?  looking for a worthy sub.**
