These inserts are uniformly shaped with a little extra rounded/tapered padding at the base that tapers up to a thin padding at the top top. The sewing is uniform and comfortable at the edges and does not irritate my skin like some of the others I've tried. The fabric is smooth and very comfortable to wear. They fit nicely in even a slightly padded bra and actually provide better support in bralettes than the originally padding provided with bralette styles. I just swapped out the old pads and slipped a set of these into the side slits. They fit beautifully and stay put pretty well. The triangular shape may protrude a bit at the top of a bra, depending on the bra's cut, but, for me, these are a godsend. But do hand wash and air dry.

I was surprised they were so small because in the picture they look like they'd cover more of your breasts than what they do.They work well.They seem like they will last.Not entirely sure what I think yet so this is all you get.

My nursing bra pads were falling apart and rather than buying new bras to have the same thing happen I invested in these and I’m so glad I did. They fit the bras much nicer. They do not fold over and shift in the washer and yes, you can put them in the washer (without removing them from the bras). As a mom of three under three I don’t have time for handwashing nursing bras every other day. Once done nursing, I will be upgrading these to replace my sports bra inserts! They are true to size (just measure your bras first) and made well. I’m not sure what someone was saying about lefts and rights, they’re all the same. If you’re looking for upgraded inserts, give these a try!

I bought these bra pads based on the excellent reviews and hoped to replace the standard (cheap) pads in my sports bras. When I received the pack of four sets of the black color, I was initially impressed by how nice the pads looked. I liked the feel of the pads and especially the bottom section which is built up a bit. It looks like this part will keep the pads oriented correctly without shifting around. The 8 piece set came packed in a zip lock bag which is a nice way to store and protect the pads in a drawer. Unfortunately, the size D/E pads are sized way too small. I inserted a set of the pads into my sports bra and verified that these did not fit at all. So sad because I really wanted to love this product. If Sermicle created an actual real-size D/E bra pad, I would be happy to try again.

Much better than the silicone bra pads. I used to have breast implants, but had them removed. I now use these to add a little bit of stuffing and shape to my bras. I tried several different brands, including silicone shaped expensive ones. These work best out of everything I found. And they are easy to wash and lightweight. Surprisingly they stay put really well under a bra. I have not had any issues with slippage and I am very physically active.

I have one breast that is a cup size smaller than the other. I use these in my little side and they even out the look of my clothes so much! I ended up sewing them in one side of all my bras, because otherwise, they shift while wearing. I got home one evening and one was just about to completely fall out. Sewn in they're great!

This is my second time ordering. I ordered earlier this yr i think just to try. All my bras r pullover ( sports bra type ). They r d more expensive kind but last for yrs. However, the pads r wearing out. These ones r almost like d originals that came with my bras. Very discreet!!!🤣. They also stay in place so far after washing my bras with them in. A little bit skewed maybe, but so easy to reposition!!! So i decided to order more for all my bras now. As back up😁Highly recommend them. 🙌🏻

Produto com qualidade e chegou dentro do prazo. Gostei do fato de ter enchimento na parte inferior porque, além de dar volume, deixa mais firme no lugar (não fica girando) quando está sendo utilizado

These pads were supposed to be for larger breasts. I've waited over a month and they're too small. So disappointed.

Just amazing product and perfect.... never expected this quality for the money.... its just awesome.... could revive many unused inners... hope they stay fine after the wash...
