Awesome product. Very useful for bedridden people who are scared of bed sores. Kosmoscare products are very good. Durability and Foldability are good. Size is compact and easy to carry

Very good product

It did its job. At first I wasn't sure of the product because the picture doesn't really show much. But I was totally satisfied with the product. The motor is amazingly quiet and powerful. My father was bed ridden post his spine surgery and had developed sores. This bed helped alleviate his pain. It is not meant to be used by itself but as a layer on a firm or a semi firm bed as a b ase. You could use a softer bed as well if that suites you. The motor is meant to be running constantly and not to be switched off once the air is filled.

Bought it on Jun 30th 2025, started making noise in august, and stopped working in September completely. This is despite the fact that we were giving it a rest every few hours and not using it for long hours. Both box and the pump had incorrect customer support info ( phone no doesn’t exist and email also bounced), finally found it on website and called them they said try this and that, nothing worked. Then they said send it to us we will fix and send in 10-15 days. It took 4 days for it to get picked up and a week for a replacement to arrive which was an old used, worn out pump in a dilapidated condition and the worst it works at 50% efficiency. I have bought many of their products and now I feel I made a mistake. These guys don’t even realise that they are in patient cate business where they have to respond and provide solutions quick. Shame!!

The product had developed a leak within 3 weeks of use. It took some time but a replacement mattress was provided. The service support has been responsive.

Worked for exactly an year and now has issues with the pump.Its just 10 days beyond the warranty period and not sure if i can get it even repaired.

This kosmos M2 bubble mattress review after 25 days. It's for my disabled daughter who has fourth stage bed soar. Doctor's advice for a Air mattress. I did a lot of research, and found kosmos m2 mattress the best in quality, and the heavy duty motor is working great with abosulety no noise. My daughter sleeps comfortabley and the healing of her wound is improving day by day. She is out of danger now. Thanks kosmos for such a great product, and also thank Amazon. Just today received and started. Packaging was nice and every thing was ok. Starting experience is very good. At 2, of 5 point regulator, its working with more strength, compared to earlier brands. Having many times bitten, feeling shy ! All the previous pumps were the worst ones.... few worked for one year... last one for 4-5 months only. This time chosen a bit premium one.... let's see how it performs ! First day experience is very good but reserving the future remarks at this moment.
