Well made mobility scooter. Great speed range and excellent battery runtime / distance.

This product was very affordable, given all the features that come with it. The extra basket for storage, side mirrors and comfortable seat will make it so comfortable and safe for my mother to use. One of the best features is how easy it is to transport given that it can fold and has a push feature if the battery dies. Looking forward to getting my mom out of the house more in this great scooter

I am very happy with this unit. I'm 350 lbs and I can't believe how it handles and such speed that I will probably never use. The packaging was unbelievably sturdy with steel framing on a pallet with surrounding cardboard and than rapped in plastic wrap. When I called text support they answered very quickly to answer questions I had. I like that the chair swivels so I can get in easily because I have spinal issues. The only little thing I have to complain about is the seat height is not adjustable, I could use another 2" or so of height to be perfect for me. I would recommend this unit to all big people. Still a very comfortable ride with the shocks.

Had questions emailed company I received a fast email with them all answered. The scooter came shipped and package very well, easy assembly. Totally recommended the scooter my mom loves it. Easy for her to drive and get around. Gave her back her mobility.

What a wonderful company with great customer service! I really want to give them a 10 star rating but the most Amazon allows is a 5 star rating but you get the point. The selling store for my scooter on Amazon stated it as MobiCyc which their website is still growing but there parent company is Ecomobi and they have lots more accessories listed and while some model identifications are different, the items are most likely the same just different locations use different terminology, but customer service can help to explain better. Customer service E-mail is ([email protected] and they handle both locations. They will respond within 24 hours. (due to the time zone change in China) I had several questions for them prior to getting the scooter and afterwards. All questions were addressed promptly! I ordered the MS09 Plus 500W (30 mile range battery) 450lbs. capacity gray scooter from Amazon. Price was $1,099. plus $100 shipping & tax. When the scooter arrived it had a little minor shipping issue but Customer Service addressed that quickly. The little assembly required went quickly and I am 100% please with the looks, the speed and how it handled around the house. The big test for me will be when I take it to Disneyworld later this year where I will put it to the test and see how it actually performs on long desistance’s with the 30 mile battery, but everything seems to indicate it will handle beautifully.

I researched many scooters prior to purchasing the Ecomobi MS02 + Heavy Duty Scooter. I found it to have more power,safety,and comfort features than other scooters in its class. The 10 inch tires provide total stability and control. Ecomobi definitely has a winner!
