Fantastic journal, focusing on wellness by insightful prompting questions on both pages. The second page is really about reflecting on how well the day went. The quality and style of this journal is wonderful. This is a journal. I will definitely buy again. Iโve only just begun using it, but itโs already giving me a sense of wellness in the structure of it. Highly recommend. And it has wonderful layout and quality and the price is affordable in a really nice way.

Nice simple journaling
Nice little journal, simple & not overly complicated or detailed. Actually an enjoyable 5 -10 min in the morning/evening. Good for discovering any nugatory patterns too!
