I believe it is a concentrate. The bottle says to use according to machine directions. My Bissell machine calls for a major dilution - on the order of at least 10-to-one, I’m guessing.

Actually, it is- which is why on the tank of the machine this product goes with it says "Formula Line" and has a line above it, and you're instructed to fill the rest up with warm water.

Just a marketing thing. I think the stain destroyer isn't made any longer.

I bought this to use with my green giant carpet cleaner! I have three poodles and they love my white carpet, this cleaning solution eliminates the pet odor and urine stains without a trace. Amazing cleaning product that works every time. Great value because you only need a little, I just wish it came in a bigger bottle!
