I believe it is a concentrate. The bottle says to use according to machine directions. My Bissell machine calls for a major dilution - on the order of at least 10-to-one, I’m guessing.

Actually, it is- which is why on the tank of the machine this product goes with it says "Formula Line" and has a line above it, and you're instructed to fill the rest up with warm water.

Just a marketing thing. I think the stain destroyer isn't made any longer.

This + the Little Green carpet machine = game changer! It removed stains that I wasn’t sure would come out. My carpet looks much cleaner in the formula leaves behind a fresh pleasant scent instead of a harsh chemical smell.
