RR "real review" STAMP: I was not give this item for free to review, I bought this item with my own hard-earned cash.I ordered both the seeds and roots to try. I just planted these today so I can't comment on how well they grow but I have bought many plants and seeds over the years and these were very professionally wrapped. I have high hopes. I would also like to thank the seller for the wonderful packaging as well as the very detailed instructions.I live in the pacific NW, but I my property is full of hardwoods rather than evergreens and apparently we have the right growing conditions for a ginseng farm. Lots of slope, mostly shade, not a lot of competing under growths thanks to the sheep and goats we had for a few years prior. I am also hoping to grow goldenseal in the wet areas so if anyone knows of a seller - let me know. I would also love to hear advice on whether or not I should be concerned about moles or voles eating the as well.I opted to cover what I planted with straw so they don't compete with weeds in the spring.

Received only approximately 470 seeds...didn't want to nitpick but after planting in an absolutely ideal "woods-grown" location in September, going through a relatively mild winter, and seeing a spring with above average rainfall, I have had zero seeds germinate (it's now June). The beds do not look like they've been ravaged by critters. The delivery was quick and the seeds seemed like they were packed well but unfortunately, it's been a disappointment.

Hi. I purchased the Ginseng to plant on the farm and to have some cash value in the future for the grandkids. I planted them per the instructions and they are growing slowly at this time . They were worth the price and future value. Thanks

Big bag , got around to only planting about 50, almost a year ago july, it's almost june. Out of the roughly 50 I planted, prob. 20 have come up. I predict more will. I live in mnts. of n.c. And have wild sang growing on some of my East sloapes. I planted about 6 feet away from wild sang, so id know they were the new ones I've planted and figured if wild sang grew there,this domestic sang would too.. I was right. I was going to buy more this year but this seller isnt offering at this time and was much cheaper than other sellers..I paid less than 15 $ for 500 seeds.

I am new to this venture of planting ginseng seeds. I received the seeds very quick (Feb 14, 2015). I added a little of my purified water and put them in the refrig for about 2 days. I took them out and decided to place them on my granite (cold) counter until I was able to figure out what I was going to do with them. On Feb 25th they started sprouting in the bag (it was awesome) which I believe it quite rare. I just planted the sprouted seeds on Feb 28th, 2015 in a planting tray in 3 different types of planting material to see what one works the best. It is obvious the seeds are very good quality and anyone considering these, you won't be disappointed :-)

Complete rip off supposed to get 500 ....I got 12 seeds and a damn bottle cap! and not a single bit of directions and it came from japan!WvDONT BUY
