Since the coolant has hose attached IN and OUT there are no gaskets used. Your application may have a rubber insulator for noise that you would re-use. It would slip over the round (black) cyllinder shaped part. That is the electric motor.

What is the flow rate in gallons per hour GPH of this pump?

I think it is rated in liters, not GPH. If I remember correctly, there are 3.78 liters per gallon. The volume rating on the pump is somewhere in the 3.6 liters per minute. I have installed one on a Typhoon with an additional reservoir to make sure it has enough fluid to not have cycled thru in the 14 seconds for drag racing.
