I purchased these Chinese spice mix packets to make Taiwanese Beef Brisket Noodle Soup at home, and they exceeded my expectations. Instead of having to gather and measure multiple individual spices, this mix makes the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Good for everything

Bought back in 2020 and loved it! 3 packs takes a while to consume - budget friendly. Great soup base for anytime when that craving hits for hot bowl of noodle soup. Of course add additional spices (if needed for taste) along with assorted veggies (any mushrooms, chinese cabbage, or whatever is available in the fridge), meat (pork/shrimp wontons and beef) and garnish (green onions and garlic chili oil). YUMMzzzz

Made tasty meat base for noodle dishes by pressure cooking with this product. However, please remember to consume in moderation during the hot summer days. The herbs may be anti-inflammatory and anti-viral but somehow when used to prepared meats the meats and broth can still be highly inflammatory. Symptoms after eating inflammatory foods can affect the bowel, gum, and may ever aggravate arthritis (in TCM it's referred to as symptoms of liver fire).

These are great. Sure, you could gather all the spices yourself and make a bag for them but these are more convenient.

I have moved to a city that I no longer find this spice for meat stew. I have tried a couple different brands for last year long. Not compatible.

Great for Taiwanese beef noodle soup. So much easier than buying all the ingredients. Tastes great. You can throw the entire paper packet into the instant pot.

Item arrived well packaged and super fast! I made Taiwanese beef noodle soup using this today with my instant pot. Flavors are spot on, the kids love it, and much easier to use than trying to gather all the ingredients separately! Definitely recommend!
