I was told I have to take these at least 6 months before noticing any results. In the meantime I find them very easy to swallow. I can’t say if they work but my knees are not getting any worse & sometimes actually feel good. Perhaps it is positive thinking but I will continue with these in case they really do contribute to improved joint health.

Despite medical research that fails to confirm its effectiveness, I find that glucosamine and chondroitin has helped alleviate tenderness in my knees, which I assume to be age-related arthritis, and have therefore continued to take it for several years. About 2 years ago I changed to the Solaray product which includes some hyaluronic acid, and noticed an additional improvement, to the point that I now rarely notice any soreness at all in my knees, even considering that I exercise and I am still getting older. It is not inexpensive as supplements go, but by ordering through Amazon, I save about $10 a month.

I recommend this product, with all 3 elements, for joint pain. It has helped my joints in my knee and my thumb tremendously.

I've been taking this product along with Turmeric Curcumin in rehabbing after surgery on each of my shoulders. Left shoulder is back to 100%, the right I think I developed some more bone spurs and I'm not ready to go back under the knife yet. These two supplements greatly reduce my pain and discomfort in my shoulder and writing this review I'm realizing many of my other joint pain (knees, hip, ankle, and back) haven't bothered me in quite some time.
