The sound is definitely a good quality. You are able to hear with crisp clear quality (if your other party has a decent phone or blue tooth). I bought my spouse one so we could talk hands free when we were both out during our day working, shopping, and running errands. It really does a great job of muting most background noises. He has hearing problems and these really help him to hear clearer and at a volume that he can actually hear. However, I do have a couple of caveats. 1) It is a little bulky behind the ear, and after wearing for an extended time it tends to make my ear tender (however, I have smaller ears that normally lie close to my head). 2) It is lightweight and might not be able to stay put if you were to do anything really physical. (like running, working out, or anything that would require a lot of head movement). But for everyday wear and great sound quality..... it is great. The convenient carrying case is wonderful. Easily would fit into your pocket. Great quality all the way around. I easily recommend them.

Due to COVID, I now work from home and needed an earpiece so my hands would be free to enter customer data into the computer. After the first pairing, now I just turn the work cell phone, give it time to connect for calls, then turn on this bluetooth. It corrects without any issue. If I turn it on before the phone is fully ready, it does not connect. The selection of rubber tips for the ear is great. However I found that they can effect the air pressure on the eardrum. So I took meat scissors and cut the blub part off leaving on a short rubber tube. The the air pressure in the ear remains balanced and the bluetooth works great. Working an 8 hr day, I usually have to charge at once during the week and over the weekend.I bought a second for my spouse.

10/30/18 -I had to remove a star for durability. So about a week ago the earpiece was dislodged from my ear and fell to the ground. The earbud popped off. I was able to get it back together but it still pops off putting it my ear. Very disappointed. I used this for a little less than a month and it's a good earpiece. There are only a couple of things that would make it a great earpiece in my opinion. First When I turn on the unit it should let me know what the power status is. Secondly I think the power button should have been a touch bigger. I have bigger hands so sometimes I can't tell if I've turn it off. Otherwise the unit a good. It's comfortable though does take a little bit to get there. The calls are great no static or noise. The unit doesn't disconnect from the phone mid call. The speech recognition has a little quirk to sometimes but usually works well. Overall it's a good earpiece at a great price and you will not be disappointed.

April 2019 update - After posting the first review I reached out to the seller. They confirmed an issue with the microphone on some of the headsets they had sold. They replaced the set within a matter of days. They new headset works great, clear communication both ways. Great customer service and good headset for the price.After reading the reviews I was excited to receive this new headset. Battery life seems adequate, although I have not tracked it to see if it meets the posted specs. The first use provided great sound quality on the listening and receiving ends. Over the last couple of months performance has proven to be erratic - I can usually hear better than those I'm talking to. Sometimes they hear me clearly, sometimes they don't (within seconds). If I turn the headset off and back on, sometimes the quality improves. The most annoying thing, however, is when the headset just disconnects. The call is still in progress but the headset disconnects from the phone. OR the battery dies and it just shuts down without any prior warning. Even my previous much cheaper headset warned me when the battery needed to be charged. I guess I'm need to continue my search for a decent, consistent quality headset that doesn't cost a fortune!!As a follow up: I reached out to the vendor. They are sending a replacement headset so I'll keep you posted.

I like the small size and the fact that it is not heavy on my ear. If I don't wear it for a long period of time I forget that I have it on. However, if I do wear it for a long period, a couple of hours, the earbud makes the inside of my ear slightly sore. The same way the earbuds that come with the iPhone do. Also, I don't talk all that loudly so I was afraid the short microphone would not work well for me, but I have not had any one say they could not hear or understand me, even with the car windows down. Overall I really like this little headset and would highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. My ears are small this head set clings to me , sometimes i forgot ist on my ears its comfortable.For me the battery life could be longer this my dislike.I work in the construction industry my days are hecktic i do alot of driving so both of my hands are accupied so with my new headset i don't have be worring about answering my phone.

I bought this headset because I needed voice recognition/caller ID and hands free dialing. The headset rings in your ear but does not identify the caller and yes the numbers are in my contacts. I followed the directions for hands free calling - no sound, no comments, nothing. Hands free calling wasn't as critical a feature but caller ID was extremely important. My cell is used for business and personal and I need to know who is calling before I answer. If I have to look at the phone it defeats the purpose of the headset for me. The previous reviews were not accurate and I wonder if they were authentic. Very upset. Just proves you can't trust everything you read.

I use this product for work and I am a plumber which entails a lot of up and down movement. the ear piece is falling off my head a couple times a day. Otherwise the sound quality is good, unit is good for driving needs, but not for an active person. Just after I wrote this review the ear peace fell off and broke!! If you are sitting still or in a quite position this is a good system, but beware if you are active get something else.
