3.5” Rough Country Jeep JL lift kit
Great lift. Instructions could be a little better but there is a nice Rough Country installation video on YouTube. Normally would like to have a lift for this type of work but my son and I completed it in about 8 hours taking our time. Everything fit exactly as it should and components seem really well made. Believe this is the best value for the 3.5” segment for what you get.

Decent Lift Kit, TERRIBLE Instructions, Company Filters Reviews On Their Site
I'm pretty torn on this, I would like to give Rough Country some credit for making a decent lift kit for people who don't want to or can't throw $6k at a lift, but there's a few issues I have with this product/company... First off, people are constantly putting down Rough Country for being "Made in China", look, lots of products are made in china, including most winches everyone is using and a lot of recovery gear that people *think* is made in America. What matters is if the quality is decent, installed correctly, and is worth the money you put in. I hated the stock Jeep height (yeah yeah, should have bought a Rubi X, got it, I didn't though) and I wanted to be able to build the Jeep out the way I wanted it to be....Rough Country's price range made that very do-able for me, and I've beat the crap out of this Jeep since putting it together with a lot of Rough Country products, and it's held up just fine offroad AND still drives decent on highway. So for the money, it's been a bargain, however, there are things about this kit that make me real mad... The first thing is that the instructions are almost useless. If you get this, make sure you have an ipad or a TV in your garage so you can have YouTube going and following an installation video, because their printed instructions are absolute trash and made by someone who barely can write English. Rough Country also has a short install video by their resident bearded "I'm a rough guy, murica" spokesperson but he skips over a LOT of steps or they show terrible angles. (If you're having this put in by a shop, ignore all this, it's their problem not yours.) Secondly, it bothers me a LOT that Rough Country just blatantly ignores peoples complaints about their instructions and then ONLY shows 5 or 4 star reviews on their website. I can assure you, I have written a few 2 Star reviews on their website and they are no where to be found, go look at their site and find all the 3 Star and Under reviews.........yeah....I think its really messed up when a company tries to censor their product reviews. Thirdly, the method for adjusting your Caster setting on this suspension is really frustrating to get dialed in. I say that because there's a good chance if you take this in to a shop that isn't an offroad specialist to get an alignment after installing, that shop is going to totally skip adjusting your caster which means it's your problem to deal with. I am also very confused and annoyed that Rough Country makes a heavy duty steering package, but it's not compatible with this lift kit and they tell you that you'd need to put the factory Track Bar back in. So overall, this kit isn't terrible, but the company's instructions are absolutely horrible and the fact that they hide bad reviews on their website really bugs me. Also , make SURE you figure out the factory torque settings for everything before you start installing, because all Rough Country can bother saying is "Torque X to Factory Spec" , because bothering to write out instructions that include torque settings like basically every other competitor does is just tooooooooo much work for Rough Country it seems.
