I have to admit I was pretty skeptical about a whitening tool that plugs into my phone, but what the heck, right? The price was reasonable, and why not try something once (with a return policy in 30 days??)?The instructions were easy to follow. I have very sensitive teeth, but I am also stubborn, so of course I tried it without the desensitizing gel first. I also got distracted during my first attempt and forgot to time it, so it went longer than it should have and it did leave me with some sort of numb feeling in my teeth - it didn't hurt, per se, but it wasn't a normal feeling. Totally my fault on that one for two reasons - not timing properly and not using the gel. However - it worked! You could totally see a huge difference in the color of my extremely yellow teeth. I was impressed.Because my teeth are sensitive, I did not press my luck, and go all in by doing another treatment the very next day. I waited a day. I did a second treatment, again, without the desensitizing gel, and ONLY for the 15 minutes recommended, and it was again, the numb feeling (best I can describe it), but again, noticeable color difference in my teeth.I have only used twice at this point. I have followed the instructions with the amount of whitening gel - 0.4ml, and no more. It is more than enough to get results. I am in my late 40's, a woman, and drink way too much coffee and have no plans on stopping. If these are the results I get following the instructions, this is a huge win in my book.The numbness I feel after I do a treatment only lasts for like an hour - which I realize I could probably avoid if I used the desensitizing gel, but I probably won't, unless it gets worse. Why? Who knows? I am just one of those people? But, if you are sensitive, the gel is there to use, and would probably help you - so use it. The whitening itself is amazing.I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to whiten their teeth after years of coffee/tea abuse. I don't smoke, so I can't say if it would work on smokers teeth. Just on heavy coffee/tea drinker teeth!

I used this product to whiten my teeth. I have not used a whitener besides what’s in my toothpaste for many years. As I get older, my teeth don’t look so white anymore.As the kit comes with a comparison strip with 12 shades of teeth from darkest to lightest, I was able to the magic it worked on my teeth.I’ve used this product twice so far and the first time my teeth went from a 6 to a 4! I was very happy with the results! The second time maybe a 1/2 a step better. I will continue with it about once or twice a week for a few more times to see if my teeth get any more white.The product is also very easy to use. My only constructive criticism would be to make the instructions a little more clear about where exactly and how much exactly on each side to put gel and about the tips and how to use them; although I was able to figure it out.I was also pleased that it only took 15 minutes to do.

I’ve only had the opportunity to use this once. It worked as illustrated. I believe my teeth are somewhat wider after one use.

I really liked the convenience of the UV light plug in for your phone! It's alot easier to be able to whiten your teeth at home and use the UV light while scrolling on your phone. Also, I have sensitive teeth and the de-sensitizing gel does work! I haven't had any sensitivity issues and I've used the product 4 times. I haven't been as consistent with it as I need to be, but I've noticed a shade or two increase in the brightness of my teeth already. The only issue I'd say is the whitening scale included doesn't have many shades to match to your teeth. But overall, I'm satisfied with the product and will keep using it!

I'm quite a newcomer to teeth whitening but have previously tried whitening strips once and although they were good this is way better! I was worried about sensitive gums but didn't get any sensitivity at all which is weird because my teeth are so sensitive to cold I thought for sure I would at least get a twinge but no nothing. I also thought it was very easy to use which is good when you're not sure what you're doing. So after 5 uses my teeth are about 2 shades lighter and I am quite a big coffee drinker, I used to smoke as well and have darker teeth at the back of my mouth which has definitely gotten lighter, my husband also agreed there was a big improvement and is now going to order a kit for himself.I now am using it as part of my teeth cleaning routine and it's not really that big a deal to hold in your mouth for 15 mins and I have a small mouth. So I'm really glad I decided to buy this kit its making me a bit more confident about my smile again, it's also excellent value for money because the whitening gel itself goes a long way.Highly recommend!

This is one of the best teeth whitening kit I have ever used the very first time I used it I noticed a shade difference not to mention the second and third day my teeth are white, and I mean a big difference white to me means dentist cleaning white just as good I don't have to go to the dentist now My teeth are just as wide as after I get done at the dentist having my teeth cleaned. The price is should be more but I'm glad it isn't because I had my second thoughts because it was cheaper than the others I thought all this can't be any good if it's this price but believe me the price doesn't say anything it just says it's a good product had a great price and trust me I'm an online shopper I don't buy cheap stuff with this product is believe me anything but cheap. Thank you we'll be purchasing again or finding the whitening gel refills. Thanks
