Quality exceeds price
Best v mount battery you can buy at this price. The display screen is bright and vibrant. This battery can last for most of my projects.

Great value and long lasting on set.
I bought six of these and run them on one Sony FX3 and Sony FX-30 cinema cameras. They last a good 3 hours powering the camera, ATOMOS Ninja monitor and a Sling Studio Live-streaming HDMI adapter. It’s great to have 3 in service and 3 other charging via 87 watt MacBook Air USB-C charger going directly into the PD input USB-C port on the battery. Will charge the battery in 1 1/2 hours with the MacBook charger. You basically have reliable unlimited battery life on set if you have two batteries per camera. I like that it has the digital display that tells you how much power is left. One thing I noticed once it gets less than I think it’s 10% on the battery that the USB and USB-C ports will stop providing power to prioritize the D-Tap port, so keep that in mind. Other than that, I highly recommend these and that’s the only thing I saw that you should be aware of. I’ve been using these for about three months and love them.

Easy to use and good customer service
Easy to use V Mount with many connection options. Additional D-Tap would be helpful. Had an issue with my first battery and ZG Cine sent me a new one, good customer service!

Great Battery! Better Service
I love these batteries! Not only are they fairly cost effective compared to name brand companies but they hold up really well. You can see the rig I use my V160 on and it lasts for hours and hours. I will typically use the V99's for lighting rigs while on set, so I can be mobile. You will get at least 1 hour of 100% power on an Apurture 60x, which might not seem like a lot but thats quite a bit more time than another off brand battery I have. My biggest compliment and positive remark is to the customer service. I was having an issue with the 1st V99 I bought and the owner spoke with me directly (via WhatsApp) and sent me a replacement without much hassle and sent me a new V-mount plate to match for my rig. Haven't had any issues since then!! ZGCine is really active on Instagram so they will frequently tag my posts and engage with the content I post. No complaints!

Very reliable
The size is perfect, especially for the size of our rig (Sony FX3). We do a lot of run and gun type shoots so having a battery that’s small makes it easier to carry around. The battery life is pretty good, a fully charged v99 will typically last me about 4hrs maybe more depending on weather or not I turn the camera off when I’m not shooting. The USB C capability is very useful for me because my Sony can receive power through USB C. I power a ninja V through the battery as well. And the best part in my opinion is the LCD in the back and the ability to charge the battery through USB C.

Edit (5/24/24): - I did eventually get email responses from the manufacturer's marketing manager who said that my experience was subjective and that it is unfair of me to blame the battery. I cannot think of any other explanation since this one copy of this one battery used one time is the only instance I've experienced of this setup ruining a camera's motherboard, but to be as fair as possible I am including her opinion and acknowledging that I do not see other reviews indicating this specific problem. - In lieu of compensation, the marketing manager told me I should try the exact same setup with the same battery again, and if it broke again -- and Panasonic would repair the camera again -- she would buy the camera from me at market value. A strange offer with no benefit at all to me. And, of course, I already returned the bad battery. Original: DO NOT USE THIS BATTERY. I bought two of these -- one seemed to be fine, the other instantly ruined a $2300 camera. I had it powering my camera via USB-C, then plugged in a Ninja V via D-tap to dummy battery. When I went to attach the HDMI cable to the camera (which was powered off at the time), the port sparked and the camera will no longer turn on. Logic board fried. I have reached out to the company several times. The email address provided with the battery is dead. I tried all the others on their site and the only response I got was from a Mr. Ye, who said it was someone else's department. No one else responds at all. If they won't cover repair or replacement of the camera, I will be reporting them to Amazon and taking additional action to ensure they don't do this to anyone else.

V99 Pro V-Mount battery
One V-Mount battery, all day. The @zgcine.global V99Pro kept our entire rig powered through hours of shooting - from handheld scenes to gimbal setups and multiple resets. Its smart display gave us real-time readouts, and its wide range of outputs meant we could power everything from our camera to accessories without juggling gear. For fast paced production days, the ZGCine V99Pro earned its spot in our kit.

When I received the battery, it was charged at 100%. Nonetheless, I connected it to ensure it was fully charged before testing it out. I used it to power my FX3 (via USB-C) and my Atomos Ninja V. Initially, it took about an hour to drop from 100% to 65%, but then the battery depleted rapidly, going from around 60% to 0% in just 15 minutes. Overall, it lasted for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Concerned that the battery might be defective, I decided to give it a full cycle by recharging it, which took 3 hours. Upon testing it again, it lasted for 4 hours. While I haven't used it on a shoot yet, I plan to bring it with me starting next week, hoping it will now perform reliably. In the meantime, I researched other options and decided to also try the Came TV battery. I will test both of them on set to see how they perform and will update my review accordingly.
