Amazon recommended this item as a replacement for Kenco Really Rich as it was out of stock at the usual price. I had my doubts. But as most of the reviews were positive, I thought it might be okay. Sorry to say I was very disappointed. As they make it in Spain, I mistakenly thought that it would have a stronger taste, maybe bitter at worst, but I was wrong. It has no recognizable aroma, not of coffee and the taste is very insipid. I would recommend not wasting your money on this item. Instead, I would go to your local supermarket and buy their own brand that comes in a gold jar. It will no doubt taste better.

Disappointing Taste and Aroma, but Has Potential Unfortunately, this coffee didn’t meet my expectations in terms of taste or aroma. The flavour is extremely weak and lacks the richness I was hoping for. While the price is reasonable, there are definitely better options available in the same range. What stood out most was the lack of aroma – which, for me, plays a big role in setting the mood and energizing the start of my day. Instead of feeling uplifted, the smell gave off a dull, almost depressing vibe – like a wet and windy morning. That said, I do see some potential. It does provide a bit of wakefulness, which is a plus, but the aftertaste and lack of satisfaction hold it back. With some improvement in strength and aroma, this could be a much better quality product. I wouldn’t buy again unfortunately.

I have never before felt compelled to review a product, on amazon or elsewhere - but the absurdly disgusting taste of this coffee compelled me to do so. other reviewers would call it bitter, but bitter fails to describe the nuanced foulness of the aftertaste of this coffee. while it IS bitter, the bitterness comes more as a relief to those confronted by the core taste notes of the blend - a flavour i can only think to compare to what one would, in all likelihood, taste, if one were to lick the used diaper of a baby who had been fed on a diet of only expired farleys rusks and jack daniels. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU CHOOSE TO CONSUME THIS! I HAVE MADE THE MISTAKE OF DOING SO AND BEEN LEFT CHAINSMOKING TO RID MY MOUTH OF THE EXPERIENCE, DESPERATELY AWAITING A DELIVERY OF A MORE TOLERABLE BRAND OF COFFEE (FOR ONLY A FEW POUNDS MORE) - LET ME BE THE LAST TO MAKE THIS MISTAKE.

I got this to try as it had some okay reviews, but on arrival I tried it and was shocked. In a blindfold test, I don't think most people would identify this as coffee and it certainly didn't taste like it to me. I've tried most brands, from the super cheap value supermarket stuff to the super expensive beans shipped on a sailboat types. This tastes worse than any of them by a lot. It also has a really unpleasant after taste that lingers. Had to brush my teeth and gargle with a lot of mouthwash to get rid of it. This tastes to me like the way I imagine dirty dishwater would taste if it was hot and you added some milk. Really surprised by this as I have found most Amazon products great. I am struggling to believe this involved coffee at any stage in it's production. I don't like to throw stuff away, but I put the whole plastic jar in the bin after that one awful cup. I don't hate anyone enough to inflict this on them.

Amazon Gold Instant Coffee has a wonderfully smooth and balanced medium roast flavor that feels premium and satisfying. It dissolves quickly, tastes rich without bitterness, and is perfect for both morning and afternoon cups. Excellent quality and great value for a 200g jar.

Nice creamy coffee,however it's debeitable that this may not be decaffeinated coffee,I think it hides in small print and contradicts itself, therefore I really don't think it's decaffeinated coffee,if it was it would be printed in bold letters on the front,the plastic jar it comes in,I understand keeps the cost down,but plastic is not good,can contaminated the coffee if the plastic seeps in, probably why it's asking everyone to drink it all in 4 weeks,I'm a herbal tea drinker most of the time,so to drink the whole 200g in 4 weeks is never going to happen,I'm 62 years old and I live on my own,I drink many healthy drinks,so if I had to throw this coffee out in 4 weeks would not be saving me money,it would be costing me,therefore I won't be buying the 3 lots of coffee,I wouldn't be able to dring one lot in 4 weeks,never mind 3 lots,hence my reasons for giving only 3 stars,if you drink alot of coffee then this would be ideal for you,it's lovely coffee and the price is amazing,let's hope it doesn't go up while people are buying regular,as this is what alot of sellers do,I'd like to know the real reasons why one must consume this coffee in 4 weeks, something just doesn't sit right with me,never heard anything like this before,no other company that I know recommends that the coffee must be consumed by 4weeks ??????

I was buying Aldi's red label coffee which was excellent value for £1.99. It obviously wasn't the best instant coffee but it was still very drinkable. However, Aldi put their price up 25p and when I forgot to buy coffee on a big shop, I turned to Amazon. Gotta have my morning wake-me-up! It's been a very pleasant surprise. Much smoother taste than Aldi's and better quality. This coffee definitely has that lovely velvety caramel tone to it rather than the more harsh dark roast in the Aldi brand. This week, I did my big shop and noticed that Aldi have again closed the price gap between themselves and Amazon. On subscribe and save, for me there's literally pennies difference now. And still only around 50p more on Amazon without. What's that, 1p more per cup?! So I've reordered the Amazon brand today. Might as well get the better one; sorry Aldi but you lose! The coffee comes in a sturdy plastic jar as opposed to the traditional glass which I'm seriously not at all bothered by. I recycle, regardless. It's actually nice not having a weighty glass jar! It would be very useful for people who take coffee jars when they travel, go camping, or even for work. That bit more convenient. I can recommend this coffee full heartedly!

Have to say, you get what you pay for! Purchased this for the office having switched around other brands for years (Clubcard offer hopping!) with no one ever commenting on the change in brands/taste. However, swapping this one in caused a stir and I was swiftly sent down the shop to find a branded replacement! None of us claim to be coffee snobs, but this was so weak in the taste, even with a couple of scoops- it just wasn't pleasant. Might be fine for some as I did read the reviews, but compared to other instants out there- the taste is 'acquired' to say the least!

Muy buen sabor como corresponde a un cafe extraído por liofilizado. Muchísimo mejor que la marca del sueldo, que no es liofilizado. Y con un precio muy competitivo. No es que lo volvería a comprar, estoy suscrito.
