I'm about 5'3-4 and 140lbs, what size would that be?

This skin runs VERY small. Get the largest size available. The zipper is super short, so it is hard to get in to.

I need a suit that keeps my crotch dry from chlorine water while swimming. Does this suit do this? Thanks!

I think the only thing that would do that is a SCUBA drysuit, which stays completely dry even under pressure at depth. Drysuits fit quite tightly at the neck and arm and leg openings, so a really good fit is important. They are also expensive, but might work for your purposes. They are designed for very cold water, where even a wetsuit won't keep you warm enough. Typically you wear fleece undergarments (almost like really warm pajamas) under them for insulation. Even without the insulating fleece layer, you might overheat in pool water or in surface water temperatures at a typical beach. Might be worth looking into, though...

I wear 12-14 in clothing and purchased an XXLarge- fits Great! Swimming since early June in upstate NY. Washed cold delicate, AIR DRY.
