Nice 8" RGB globe Bright enough for my night time uses but not daylight uses Many colors and color changing as well Little remote is nice but IR so you need to be near line of sight for it to werq I would purchase again Purchased again but not so good. Unit had a very crushed box was scratched up and dirty like it was used I will not purchase again

Beautiful light for the brief time it worked
Bought it a month ago so I am past the return window. I took it out of the box to use in my daughter’s new apartment this week, worked approximately 48 hours (not constant use). It seem to glitch or short out and now won't take a charge and won’t turn back on.

Waste of money
Was really cute when I first got it. Used it one time then it wouldn’t hold a charge no matter how long I charged it. After dying once I have never been able to turn it on, even when plugged it.

Manual/Review
The product works wondeful, and makes for a good nightlight/gift. Since the manual is no help, Ill give it to you straight. You are supposed to charge it for 2-4 hours for it to fully charge, it will change from a faint red to a faint blue color. Though you are still able to use it while it is charging. You'll know that it is on if you can clearly see the light in a well lit room. You may turn it on by pressing the ON/OFF button on the bottom of the ball, or by simply pressing ON on the remote. To turn it off it is the same, except you have to hold the button on the bottom of the ball. The remote already comes with a battery. If you have a defective unit, the seller will gladly work with you to make things right, whether it's reimbursement or replacement. An overall good product and experience, since I had to return my unit. I would recommend buying one, and might buy another one as a separate gift.

Decent - but died after 4 months.
Great while it lasted (3months) - now its dead and no way to fix...

Lots of fun!
These are sturdily-made and easy to recharge. I have two complaints but not taking off a star. First, I don't appreciate a non-standard coaxial USB port on the globe. It should have been USB-C. Second, it is not designed so I can mount it on a post. I took care of the post mount by designing a custom base, but not everyone has tools. The lighting is bright and the color selection is great. The remote is not required to select a solid color and to turn the unit on and off. Other effects do require the remote.

It doesn’t last long, needs frequent charging during the day

Nice light but it needs charging too often. It stays charged for about 10-12 hours so it’s a bit frustrating to have to be constantly charging it. Also pretty pricey for what you get. We got another light like this for like 1/10th of the cost that runs on aaa batteries. Wouldn’t buy this one again.
