Just 'Gond' not 'Gond Katira'
It is not really Gond katira (Almond or Tragacanth gum) . It is Gond (Arabic or Acacia gum) which is another kind of edible gum. Gond katira is pale orange crystals and become gelly when adding water while this one (gond) is deep orange crystals and form viscous solution when adding water.
