Amazing taste and effective on inflammation in my opinion.
Has wonderful cinnamon taste. Great for protein shakes and good if you have inflammation problems. Easy to put in and easy to digest. Good value for money. Has a lot of potential uses if you have a good imagination.

No more taking Benadryl every day for inflammation and no more sleep aids! This is an absolute Godsend!! This really works!!! I mix with a plastic spoon full of cottage cheese to get the max effect per research, tumeric needs some type of fat to absorb. It taste like mustard powder, but you can hardly even taste it at all. Just a tiny hint of something there. If you been struggling with inflammation and your scale keeps having you weigh more do to it, buy this asap!!! Total game changer!!
