This is similar to the Trader Joe’s ginger drink. I also use it in soups and sipping broths. It’s one of my favorite things to drink when I’m sick, inflamed, or under the weather: comforting, warming, and effective. I always keep some on hand. One of my favorite ways to use it is with Chinese dumplings—boil the dumplings or wontons in water til cooked; ladle out some of the water and mix with chicken bouillon and a packet of ginger tea; add dumplings. Great on a cold day.

It is perfect. It tastes great as well. I wish this was still available but it is not anymore here. It dissolves well in water. It is well worth the price, and was one of the only ones on here that was UNSWEETENED. Now I have to go elsewhere - what a shame.

This is the stuff I've been looking for - a very strong ginger drink with no sugar. So much of the stuff in the grocery store either has sugar in it, or the intensity has been scaled back This is straight from Asia, the undiluted, non-sugary drink I've been craving ever since I got back from a trip over there; it's very strong, not to most Westerner's tastes, but it's very good if you've had this sort of thing before

Tastes great, soothing, good for bloating. Only downfall is the price. Worth it though

For digestive issues, ginger tea can be a real help. One needs to be careful if they are on blood thinners. Ginger is a powerful natural medicine and can conflict with other medications. My wife and I have purchased powdered ginger mixes from other stores. These mixes can be a little pricy. HOTTA provides more servings at a lower price with equivalent good quality. We also make our own tea which is time consuming when done correctly. So, HOTTA is a great go-to for us. We've reordered this product a number of times now.
