Review: Stopped working quickly and awful customer service. - They look great when they work. Both fans stopped working properly within a few weeks. One started squeaking like crazy and the LCD screen stopped responding on the other. Created tickets with the support team and that has been an absolute nightmare. I cannot state more just how bad they've been. It's been almost 7 weeks at this point and we are still trying to figure this out. It often takes them up to a week to respond and their responses are often extremely short and shallow. It has been an absolutely frustrating experience. If I had it to do over again I would not get the LCD screens and just stick with their other fans.
Review: Best looking fans with a catch. - Fans look really good in the case. Very bright and customizable. If you want your case to shine these are the fans you want. Yes they are pricey but well worth it. However all good things do have a catch sometimes and these are not immuned. Most I have bought (20 or so) had to return 8 or so due to led stripes not working or as I connected them one would not work. Of course if you rearrange your set the one that doesn’t work may work so try that if you run into that problem. Also understand you are losing fan pressure and cooling by having the screen. Same as the infinity. Fans without these two things cool better but are not as fun.

**Q: Previously Working TL/SL LCD Fans Now Uncontrollable (e.g. 2 or 3 fans, one screen fails to respond)**
A: 1.Confirm power source SATA or an external PSU. 2.L3 latest version. 3.Uninstall it from device manager, shut down, unplug and replug the fans, then restart to force Windows to rescan USB devices. 4. Remove USB cable and clean USB path.

**Q: LCD Appears in L3 Utility But Won’t Respond**
A: 1.Confirm power source SATA or an external PSU. 2.L3 latest version. 3.Switch to another tab and back, then click the LCD group again. If the fan disappears, click Restart LCD to reinitialize USB.

**Q: LCD Screen(s) Missing or Unresponsive, but Device Manager Detects Device**
A: 1.Limit total connected USB devices per USB 2.0 port to 6. 2. If you have two fans in one group and three in another, and also USB from AIO/pump, we recommend using EDGE USB PWM Fan Hub(EG-HUB01) or EDGE GOLD/ Platinum PSUs.

**Q: The fan is only showing partial lighting**
A: 1. Check if the power is connected to SATA. 2. Swap the receiver between different fan groups to check if it's the receiver causing the issue.

**Q: Faulty Wireless Dongle – Signs and Symptoms RMA dongle**
A: 1.Binding/unbinding and lightbulb click works, but lighting signals are received inconsistently or slowly by some fans. 2.L3 takes a long time to launch or until restart. 3.Lighting effects like Quick Sync or Merge show jittering/glitching.

### ⭐⭐⭐ When working WOW!!!

Could only give 3 stars. Fans are easily the most attractive fans for your custom build. BUT!!!!!!!!!They either work out the box perfectly lor they need a firmware update that is most likely not even available. It happened to me. I purchased the lcd reverse blade and it didn't work correctly. Software kept identifying it as an SL instead of TL. I called Lian Li which is unfortunately the worse thing you can do to only not get a answer. I returned as I was still inside the window and the second one also didn't work in the EXACT same manner. 2 weeks later a firmware update pops up and now the lcd works. The product is really attractive and connection is great but customer service is horrible for something that should be an easy fix. Worth the money if they work for sure. Worth the headache if they don't? NOPE! Airflow is great to go with a really good look.
