## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the horizontal wide angle view of rlc-1224a? its different on the reolink website (118 degrees) than on the amazon listing (93 degrees).**
A: Hello. Thank you for your attention. The lens of this 12MP PoE camera has been updated to 4mm. So the horizontal angle of this camera is 93°.

**Q: I dont understand how to wall mounted and still record the image horizontally. Is the image digitally rotated or does the camera also rotate in the ho**
A: Hello. This 12MP outdoor security camera can be manually rotated to get a suitable viewing angle. For more details, please enter this link and click "Contact the seller": https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contact-seller/contact-seller.html?sellerID=A22EYB2OIILVQA

**Q: Will these cameras work with NVR RLN8-410?**
A: Hi, yes, the NVR supports up to 12MP resolution cameras. N7MB01/ N6MB01 / N5MB01 these kinds of hardware version of NVR supports 12MP cameras since the firmware version allows it. If it is another version of firmware, the NVR firmware must be upgraded to the latest, and the non-latest hardware version of the NVR needs to reduce the camera's resolution to 8MP on the board, but the app/client will still display 12MP.

**Q: Does it come with cable for power, reset and RJ45 three in one cable?**
A: Hello. Yes, this 12MP outdoor security camera comes with a tail cable including the three parts you mentioned. You can power it up via a 12V/1A DC adapter or a PoE switch supporting IEEE 802.3af, 48V active mode based on your own preferences.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great price and great resolution!
*by on Reviewed in Japan June 1, 2025*

Camera is awesome and easy to install! Very good quality for the price!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Swann
*by on Reviewed in Japan September 13, 2025*

*by on Reviewed in Japan April 28, 2025*
