The is an outstanding supplement if you have sore knees, joints, tendinitis, sore back etc anything that's inflamed/inflammation related. I feel outstanding and it greatly helped me with my gym activities. I feel 10, 15 years younger in the gym. Highly recommended

I have been taking these for a few days now. I immediately noticed a positive difference with regard to my aches and pains. I plan on purchasing more! The only problem I have is remembering to take the noontime pill. They recommend you take 3 of these daily with meals.
