Could not contact distributor directly for issue
I ordered 3 of the HP laptops with charging cables, but unfortunately, two of the three charging cables would not work due to the center pin in the connectors being bent on arrival. Only one was usable. I contacted Amazon expecting a partial refund or replacement for the defective items, but the only option offered was to return the entire order — including the laptops I had already set up and used. That’s incredibly inconvenient and unreasonable given the issue was clearly with the accessories. Disappointed in both the product quality and the support response.
