I have a lot of different pills, in a variety of sizes, so often the pill organizers are too small to hold them all. This held everything, plus room for more, if I had needed it. The plastic feels very solid. It is very easy to open; so easy, I worried about it popping open during travel. It did lightly pop open, but I put them inside a gallon plastic bag, just in case. It *just* fits inside the gallon bag (and closes) about perfectly. Some did lightly open, but nothing spilled out this way. Perfect for my needs, and I will definitely use on trips again!
