If I were to add epsom salt to these with herbs would they hold or rip?

I think they would hold up as long as they’re not “squished”. I know epsom salt can be a little sharp, but they should be fine. They are exactly the same material as other tea bags, so hopefully they should work.

We are looking to use loose leaf teas in our commercial Bunn brewing syatem. A sealable 5x6 bag that will hold 1 cup of loose leaf?

I use the 4×5 size for making bath soaks. This size fits a full cup (1/2 a cup of bath salts and 1/2 of a dried floral mixture). I would try the 4x5 for your cup of loose leaf, because there should still be plenty of room for the leaves to expand.

I am wanting to make dryer scent packs. Sealed with an iron, will these hold together for this purpose?

I bought them to infuse herbs into oil. The seal holds up well during the 4 hours of steeping I do. I think they would be good for dryer scent packs.
