Absolute Garbage
If I could give thia zero stars, I would. I researched heavily before purchasing this as an anniversary gift for my husband. I knew it wasn't top of the line, but it was within budget. This was absolute junk. First, it was supposed to be a 10th Gen Core i7. They lied, it was a 4th Gen. It was literally 10 years older than what was supposed to be in the cpu as advertised. Absolutely not okay! Second, within days of unboxing, the drivers began failing for the graphics card. The first two failures I thought okay, maybe just a fluke. The third and beyond, caused lock ups, hard resets, crashes, etc in just literally days of operation. He was playing fortnite several times and it completely failed. I knew i wasn't paying for the top of the line item but youd think that for nearly $600, they could at least manage to put the hardware in it as advertised. Never again will I buy this brand regardless of what any reviews to the contrary say. The only good thing is that they didn't fight the refund, as if it was almost an expected outcome. 100% garbage.

Should returned it when i got it.
Many issues since ive gotten this computer. Three different sets of headphones dont work with front panel. Windows 10 no longer has support. Windows 11 can not be upgraded as the computer doesn't meet specifications. dont waste your money on it !
