Packaging looks nice, product is low quality
Packing looks upscale, however the product smells like chemicals and there is NO essential oils even listed in the ingredients. It's all marketing. I wish the product lived up to the marketing but nope. I'll keep looking.

Love the smell/aroma, wish it came in bigger sizes
We went to a hotel in Newport RI and they used this brand, ROOTS in their shower and throughout their facilities. I fell in love with the aroma and smell and went on Amazon to see if I can recreate the aroma smell in my house. I don’t know if the hotel had a contract with the brand but this was only available in this travel size so I picked it up. It was expensive for the travel size but this did come a the variety- shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. Wish they offered this brand in bigger sizes. This is why I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars and not the full 5.

Watch the packaging
Packaging was awful. One Box was wet where the contents of many of the be items leaked. It ruined the soap bars. I love the product. Can’t use the products as these were for a gift. Very very disappointing.

A must have at the STR
Love the smell!!!! We have it in our STR and guest love it. Will continue to buy. Wish the bottles didn’t leak while shipping to us.
