Will this work to cut cheesecakes?

I use it to Marker on the top of the cheesecake, and then use a sharp knife to cut into equal portions. Works very well, I have since bought a number of Markers, hope this helps.

Can I use this for 9 inch pan cake?

Yes, you can. You can use it for up to 12" or 14" cakes.

can I use for a 10 inch bundt cake

It depends on the size of slice you would want. Our group uses the 10 side and if it doesn't work, they use the 12 side and cut it in half.They look at each cake because pans are all different.

One review said this is hard to clean: Is it dishwasher safe?

It is dishwasher safe but I choose to hand wash right after using. I find it easier to wash that way.

We use this regularly and we always have to double check which way up it is, because the number on one side refers to the amount of pieces on the other!! As long as you double check you should be ok. It would be more helpful to put 'This side uppermost for 10 slices' or something similar!
