Q: Can you drain the water with it on the pediaspa bowl? Is there an opening in the middle to allow it to drain?

There is no opening; And I actually use it for a portable tub, so I just pick up the whole tub and dump the water in the sink. Also, the plastic bags are good quality; they resist very hot water 👍🏼
