Bought a couple copies to give to two of my sons for the same purpose. Swindoll’s book should be a Dad resource shared with son’s and daughter’s who are natural born leaders. Leaders are readers. Review: In-depth look at Nehemiah - It provides a good amount of depth to Nehemiah's story. It's an easy read with some nice real life examples. The main takeaway I received was to persevere through difficult times as a leader, to not be afraid of confrontation, and that even the harshest of leaders have their heart in God's control. Don't hate your boss. Pray to God instead.
