This has a nice dropper tool so you can adjust how much or little you want. I found that 2-3 drops was perfect. It is a runny liquid that you pat evenly on your face. It is intended to be used after a serum. It felt very relaxing, and I think my skin was smoother after it. Will be using it 2-3 times a week for sure.

This serum is so good! It does feel relaxing, and soothing, and I feel like it helps to take the stress off my face before bed. It sinks right in, and makes my skin feel moisturized and taken care of. I love K beauty, and this is one of my favorites.
